Have you experienced the best holiday with your family?

Some might go to
places like Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Redang or Genting Highlands. Before the
pandemic my family went to Pulau Langkawi for our yearly family vacation. It
was an unforgettable trip.
My parents and all my siblings joined this memorable trip. Early in the
morning, we put all our luggage in the car and started our journey to Kuala
Kedah. Then, we took a ferry to Langkawi Island. I was so delighted to see the
calm and blue sea. After 2 hours journey, we finally arrived at Kuah jetty.
We stayed at Gemalai Village which has 1 and 2-storey Teratak Huts
overlooking the paddy field giving more of a traditional, village, close to nature
feels. I really love the scenic view of this place. There were abundance of
activities for us to do there.
Without a doubt, we had a very enjoyable moment. We went to Chenang
Beach which is famous of the breathtaking and stunning beach. The beach also
provides numerous watersports activities such as snorkeling, windsurfing and
scuba-diving. The next day, we went for a shopping spree and bought things
that we wanted to give to our relatives and friends. The prices of the
chocolate, souvenirs and perfume are cheaper at the duty free shops in this
island.
All in all, I had an awesome time with my family in Langkawi. The scenic view
really took our breath away. There were so many things that I learned from
this trip. I realized that spending time with family is every important. It can
strengthen the bond among family members. I hope we can spend more time
together in the next family trip.
