Project Proposal: (Title)

I. Summary

Bloom production comprises 11 CIIT Senior High School artists who formed a group with
the purpose of bringing light and attention to the big and small things aspiring artists
nowadays face. Reflecting on their own problems and experiences, Bloom productions decided
to make a heartfelt short film in which other aspiring artists can relate with. With this goal in
mind, Bloom productions sets the focus into the whole process of producing this short film
from storyboarding, scriptwriting, videography, and editing. Their efforts strive to deliver the
message Bloom productions ought to give the target audience. The end result of this short film
intends to give aspiring artists a sense of self assurance, comfort, and hope in their passion.

Bloom production is an independent production team, therefore outside support isn't

needed. Their organization is also self funded. In and all throughout the production process,
Bloom productions anticipated budget is around ₱105,350.00. While most of the production
budget is the camera equipment, and not assets that are yet to be bought or rented, It plays a
big role for the completion of the project and therefore should be noted down.

● “The value of the country’s creative economy went up by 12% last year from
2021 as more people were employed to creative industries, according to the
(PSA)”, Louella Desiderio - The Philippine Star. This statistic is one of the reasons
why parents should be more open and supportive when their child has a passion

demand and younger generations are filling up the spaces.
