on the availability of the resource person.

Step 1 Scheduling the Interview: Students to identify a resource person who can be interviewed for this assignment can be a family member or
a contact from any other source. They should then take a prior appointment and permission for the same. The interview to be conducted on
google meet (screenshot to be taken) or in person (picture with resource person along with the students to be attached with assignment). If

Step 2 Preparing for the Interview: Students in the team to go through the units Group Dynamics, Leadership and Organisational Culture from
the textbook prescribed as essential reading for the course. They should then prepare a list of questions to be asked to the resource person. The
first set of questions should be to understand the aspects of the team in terms of group properties, communication frequency, roles of the group
member, cohesiveness, success factors, and member diversity factors. Second set of questions should be to identify issues and problems the team
has faced previously, problems that affected the team’s effectiveness, Team Leader/Managers reaction to these problems. The third aspect
should be to identify leadership styles, strategies they adopt to make the team effective and create a positive culture in the team.
Students prepare at least 15 sets of questions before starting the interview. List of questions can be shared with resources in advance as well (if
