Procedure:
Task 01: Indenting with the use of Tab key:
Step 1: Place the insertion point at the very beginning of the paragraph you want to
indent.
Step 2: Then Press the Tab key, On your keys. The line on which your insertion point
is blinking will be move to next according to the indent you changed.
Step 3: The first line of the paragraph will be indented. As shown in the picture below.
Step 4: you can set your indents by using rulers in view tab. Just click on the ruler
option rulers will be shown on your document.
Step 2: Click, hold, and drag the desired indent marker. I’ll click, hold, and drag
the left indent marker.
Step 2: On the Home tab, click the drop-down arrow next to the Bullets command.
A menu of bullet styles will appear.
Step 3: Move the mouse over the various bullet styles. A live preview of the bullet
style will appear in the document. Select the bullet style you want to use.
To remove numbers or bullets from a list, select the list and click
the Bulleted or Numbered list command.
Step 1: Right-click the list item you want to restart the numbering for, then
select Restart at 1 from the menu that appears.
Step 2: On the Home tab, click the Line and Paragraph Spacing command. A
drop-down menu will appear.
Step 3: A live preview of the line spacing will appear in the document. Select the
line spacing you want to use.
Step 2: On the Home tab, click the Line and Paragraph Spacing command. Add
Space Before Paragraph or Remove Space After Paragraph from the drop-down
menu. A live preview of the paragraph spacing will appear in the document.
Step 3: Select the paragraph spacing you want to use. In our example, we'll select Add
Space BeforeParagraph.
