MONITORING LOG SHEET

-200 SCREEN ANALYSIS

This worksheet is used to log the condition and performance of

the Pulverizers. The following procedure should be adopted and
data recorded as appropriate:
- Use a fresh line for each item, use an ink color
other that red to record data
- Perform screen analysis in every batch from a
random sample to confirm % passing 200
mesh
- 200 mesh screen result should be ≥ 90%
passing
- Sign your work

Use the formula to compute for the % Passing 200 mesh;

When completed, this worksheet will be stored for archiving. New

worksheets will be use and should be kept till needed.
