MONITORING LOG SHEET

-10 mesh SCREEN ANALYSIS

This worksheet is used to log the condition and performance of

the BOYD Crusher. The following procedure should be adopted
and data recorded as appropriate:
- Use a fresh line for each item, use an ink color
other that red to record data
- Perform screen analysis in every batch from a
random sample to confirm % passing 10 mesh
- 10 mesh screen result should be ≥ 75%
passing
- Sign your work

Use the formula to compute for the % Passing 10 mesh;

When completed, this worksheet will be stored for archiving. New
