* WOM (Word of mouth): You can ignore a product PR post on a brand's Facebook
but pay attention to listening to your close friend talk about a great experience using
that brand's products. Between the word of the brand on the one hand and the word of
the customer on the other, the customer has prevailed. That’s the reason why we focus
on word of mouth.

* Promotion program
 Buy 1 get 1 bag of 50 cotton pads
 Buy 2 get 1 minisize
 Discount 25% - 50% in every important shopping festival (8/3, 9/9, Black
Friday, Earth Day, Valentine …)
* Environmental protection campaign
In the context of the cosmetic industry gradually becoming industrialized, the demand
for beauty is increasing, many big brands have to apply mass production to meet the
constantly increasing demand. But our company with the motto “beauty with cruelty-
free”, we always aim for healthy, environmentally friendly values. We will deploy
meaningful campaigns to protect the environment but can still advertising our product
at the same time.
 Exchange used bottles for tote bags: collect 3 used micellar water bottles to
exchange for 1 tote bag. Tote bags are made of fabric so they are also very
environmentally friendly, therefore collecting used bottles is also a good way to
protect the environment.

 Sales team: proficient in sales skills, hold the most important role because they
directly work and close transactions with customers.
 Customer service team: thoroughly trained because they’re the ones who
directly handle problems, questions complaints about orders.
 Recruitment: we have quality recruiters select the most qualified people
 Training: good trainers take responsible for ensuring all team members comply
with regulations and meet job requirements while performing.
 Managers: people with team management skills, allocating appropriate work to
each employee, thereby helping the business achieve its goals
