Professional Activity
The Science of Wellbeing
The activity that I chose was The Science of Wellbeing through Yale University. It is a course that
teaches the student on ways to improve their happiness including common misconceptions about
what people think brings happiness (like money or romantic relationships).

I hope to incorporate what I learned throughout this module into my nursing practice. When
accepting a job, I now have other qualifications in mind over money.
