Three items should be remembered while

answering part 1 questions-
1. Question word - synonym/paraphrase
2. Linking word/phrase - 0.5 + 0.5 gesture/attitude

Do you think you are a good neighbor?

- It’s really a tricky one. I didn’t think it before. But from my
point of view, I have all good qualities for being a good
neighbor. However, I don’t have any bad relationship with my
nearest kith and kin.
