    REFERENCE / RECOMMENDATION LETTER FOR MBA/MSc

    GUIDELINE FOR REFEREES:


    The referees must be direct superiors or line managers of the candidate.

    The referees must know the applicant for at least 2 years.

    The referees must give information about his personal details such as:

    - Name
    - Contact details
    - Designation in the company

    The referees must give information about the candidate or must answer the following questions:

    1. How long have you known the candidate and in what capacity?
    2. What do you think are the strong qualities of the candidate that would help him complete this
    programme?
    3. How would the programme benefit the candidate? OR Why do you think the candidate requires
    this programme?
    4. A line of recommendation

    The referees must sign or affix the signature on the letter or reference form.

    The referees must use the company headed paper.
