Things to keep in mind:

Visualisations you do every night before you go to bed for 5 minutes. Affirmations
you do every morning along with the SBA worksheet. Meditation you can do any
time of the day just as long it’s the same time EVERY day. The brain training app you
can do anytime you have a spare minute

Visualisations

Most people visualise the RESULT and not the PROCESS. In the same way
those students visualised shooting free throws to get better, you’re going to
visualise certain sticking points and you pushing past them with success.

1. Step 1 - ​You want to figure out a sticking point or something that you’re
struggling with. For example, I used to struggle with staying focused after my
3rd or 4th work block of the day. So I started visualising me getting tempted
to get distracted and how I would push past that and stay focused. You might
be struggling with closing clients. You can visualise you closing the client,
some of their objections, taking payment and just keep replaying that process
again and again.

2. Step 2 - ​Once you’ve figured out what sticking point you want to focus on, it’s
time for you to get to work on fixing it. Before you start visualising it, I want
you to remember a time that you succeeded and think about it vividly. I
usually take myself back to scoring a game winning goal in Football (Soccer). I
remember how I did it, the feeling I had when it happened, the smell, the
smile on my face, etc. This puts you in a good state of mind to remember what
success looks/feels like.

3. Step 3 - ​Start visualising the scenario. For example, if you’re trying to close
more clients. Visualise the beginning of the meeting (whether in person or
over Zoom). Run through the process of learning about their business, going
through the vetting phase of the sales process, run through the close and
what sort of objections might come up. Run through what you would say to
different objections. Run through signing the client and taking payment. Run
through this entire process 100s of times and your subconscious will view this
as 100s of points of reference you succeeding.

Keep In Mind: ​It’s really important that you run through the success trigger before
you start visualising.

Once you start visualising, make things as vivid as possible. What does it smell like,
what does it feel like, how do you feel? The more vivid you make it, the more it’s
ingrained in your subconscious mind.

It’s also important you DO NOT make things easy. If you’re visualising waking up
early because that’s your sticking point, don’t visualise waking up as being easy.
Visualise that it’s tough but you find a way to push past it. Imagine what sort of inner
dialogue you have to make sure you get up. This is what’s important.

Remember, this is your playground. There are no mistakes in this world. This is your
chance to succeed again and again in your mind before it ever happens in your
external.

Affirmations

Keep In Mind: ​When you look at your SBA worksheet in the morning and you get to
the affirmation section, you’re going to pick out one affirmation and write it out x10
on your notebook.

Write before you start writing, I want you to repeat the same process as the
visualisations and think about a time you succeeded at something… big or small. This
feeling will have follow through into the affirmations you write.

Meditation & Brain Training

Meditation: F ​ or meditation, you should download HeadSpace if you’re a beginner to


get into it. If you’re more advanced and want to take things to the next level… buy a
Muse headband​. It doesn’t matter what time of the day you meditate, what’s
important is that you do it at the SAME time everyday. I do it after I shower before I
work personally.

Brain Training: F
​ or brain training, download Dual N Back. There’s multiple different
apps on iPhone & Android that do the same thing, so just pick one. You can do this
training sporadically, just make sure you replace it for the random scroll through FB
and IG which should’ve been deleted off your phone anyways.
