D1140590 respectively, however, both passports are expired.

Ghana as their first choice of Hotel, If there is no availability of rooms/suites in the
aforesaid hotel then you may get reserved/booked rooms some other hostel as listed in
information circular as per entitlement.
The Information circular, Political clearance and administrative approval/sanction is also
enclosed herewith.
In addition to above, arrangements for a dedicated personal Car and local mobile
sim card for the Hon’ble speaker, Haryana Legislative Assembly/President, CPA Haryana
(India) Branch is required to be made during his stay at Accra, Ghana and also requested
that necessary arrangements may be made including lodging, transportation, disbursement
of D.A., Mobile Sim, Deployment of Protocol Officer/Liaison Officer to assist and
coordinate the above said delegation and other usual courtesies etc. may kindly be
extended to the above dignitaries during the 66th CPC Conference at Accra, Ghana.
 All the aforesaid Delegates/accompanying officials/Spouses have opted for
