Present: T.V.Phani Perraju, President.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Article 17 (vi) of the Articles of

the Association, I, T.V.Phani Perraju, President of the Association, hereby appoint
Sri P.S.V.S.SIVANAGA RAJU, Secretary, A.P. Cooperative Service Association, West
Godavari District Unit as Election officer for conducting Elections to the posts of Office
bearers and Cadre Representatives of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Service
Association, Guntur District Unit, Guntur as per Election Rules framed under the
Articles of Association.

ELECTIONS ARE TO BE HELD FOR THE FOLLOWING POSTS

Sri P.S.V.S. Sivanaga Raju, Election Officer is therefore requested to proceed

further in the matter and Communicate the election notification to the State Association
soon after issue of the notification and Sri D.Ravi Kumar, Vice President , A.P.Coop
Service Association, Amaravati is here by appointed as election Observer for smooth
conduct of the Elections. of the Guntur District Unit.
