CONTINUATION OF ACTIVITIES NIPM RAIGAD CHAPTER.

Dear Sir,

Warm Welcome and Congratulation to all the National Committee Members for
being Elected.

We are informing you the officially communication of the results of the recent
election of NIPM Raigad Chapter. After a thorough and transparent electoral
process, it great pleasure to announce that the following members has emerged
victorious, securing the majority of votes. This outcome is a testament to the trust
and confidence that our members have placed in them and leadership abilities.Our
commitment to the democratic principles that underpin our organization is truly
commendable.

Now, as we transition into this new chapter of leadership, it is crucial that we

maintain the momentum of our activities. We are confident that we will bring fresh
perspectives and energy to our endeavors, and I encourage all members to support
them in fulfilling the responsibilities.

The Annual General Meeting was scheduled on 9.1.2024 was chaired by Avinash
Somvanshi, EX-Chairman alongwith special invitee Shri. S.G.Chavan EX NC
Member, & Shri. Sunil kadam President Priya, EX-Secretary NIPM Raigad Chapter
Kishor Shelke welcomed all those who were present and briefed about the AGM.
and also took up the Agenda for discussion.
Ex-Chairman, NIPM Raigad Chapter Shri Avinash Somvanshi briefed about the past
remarkable journey of NIPM Raigad Chapter. He also mentions about the special
guest Shri. N.A. Patil, RVP (WR) Shri. Amol Kagwade (NC Member) & Amruta
Tendulkar who visited for the purpose of promotion of NIPM WRC-2024 to be held
in the month of February,2024 Hosted by Pimpari Chichwad Chapter .

DECLARATION OF NEW EXECUTIVE MEMBERS OF THE NIPM RAIGAD

CHAPTER FOR THE YEAR 2023-2025.

On 11.12.2023 the meeting was held and it was decided to hold the election as per
procedure. Accordingly the Returning officer was appointed and she followed the
detailed procedure by issuing circulars and conducted smooth election. During the
period. Shri. S.G. Chavan EX NC Member, & Shri. Sunil kadam President Priya,
played a coordinator/mediator role.

Accordingly, it was resolved by majority and elected following committee for the year
2023-2025.
