Note of the vortex flowmeter with HART function

1 显示(display)

图 1-1 全显示界面 (All displayed)

第一行可以显示电流、主变量百分比、瞬时流量或频率。The first row shows current, main variable
percentage, instantaneous flow rate or frequency。
第二行固定显示累积流量。Second rows of fixed display total flow

图 1-3 显示电流(Display current)

图 1-4 显示频率(Display frequency)

图 1-5 显示百分比(Display percentage)

其它显示说明：
 在 HART 通讯时，闪烁显示 LCD 右上角的 “o”。 (In the HART communication, display LCD
o on the top right。)
 若启动写保护，LCD 左下角显示 。(If the starting write protection, LCD lower left corner
display )
 测量值低于报警下限，闪烁显示 “下箭头”。(When the measured value is below low alarm,
flashing display " down arrow ")

  测量值高于报警上限，闪烁显示 “上箭头”。(When the measured value is higher than the
upper limit alarm, flashing display " up arrow ")

2 现场组态(Set)
2.1 按键基本功能说明(The keys to the basic functions)
本产品支持 “三按键”操作模式。三个按键的基本功能如下：(The product supports " three keys
" mode of operation. Three keys to the basic functions are as follows:)

M：Press for "page up" and "digital plus one"; long press to enter or confirm.
S：Press for "page down" and " blinking character move".
Z：For access to set or exit.

2.2 现场组态进入与退出(Set or exit)

2.2.1 进入现场组态(Set)
在“正常显示”状态，按“Z”键，进入“现场组态”。 “现场组态”参数可用“直接数字输入”和“菜
单选择”方法设置。
(In the " normal " state, press "Z " button, enter setup. " Direct input " and "menu selection ".)

2.2.2 退出现场组态(Exit setup)

在“现场组态”状态，按“Z”键，退出“现场组态”，进入“显示” 状态。(In the "set mode",press "Z"
to exit, enter "display" state.)
注：
本仪表记录上次退出按键设置时的状态，按下“Z”即可返回到上次退出时的状态。

2.3 数据设置方法(Data setting method)

现场设置参数分为“直接数字输入”和“菜单选择”两种类型。(The set is divided into " direct input
" and " menu select ion" two types.)

2.3.1 “直接数字输入”设置方法(" Direct input " setting method)

 长按 M 键至符号闪烁，表示可更改设置。(Long presses the M key to symbols blink, that can

 change the settings)
 短按 M 键，切换符号。(Press the M key, move symbol)
 按 S 键，移位，第一位数字位开始闪烁，表示可修改，短按 M 键，数字加一。(Press the S key,
move, the first digit begin to flicker, that can be modified, short press M key, digital plus one.)
 再次按下 S 键，可依次设置第二位到第五位数字，设置方法与第一位完全相同。(Press the S
key, in order to set the second bit to fifth bit digital, setting method and the first identical.)
 设置完第五位数字后，按下 S 键，开始设置小数点。四个小数点同时开始闪烁，表示可以设
置小数点，此时短按 M 键，小数点位置循环切换。(Setting up the fifth figures, press the S key,
begin to set decimal point. Four decimal points at the same time begin to flicker, that can
set the decimal point, the short press M key, the location of the decimal point cycle move.)
 在数据设置过程中，任何时刻都可以长按 M 键，以保存设置；或按 Z 键退出设置。(In the data
set in the process, any moment can long presses the M key, to save the settings; or press the Z key
to exit the settings.)

2.3.2 “菜单选择”设置方法(" Menu selecting " setting method)

 长按 M 键至设置内容闪烁，表示可更改设置。(Long presses the M key to set the content flashes,
can change settings)
 短按 M 键，上翻选项，或按 S 键，下翻选项。(Short press M key, up on the options, or press the
S key, turn down the options.)
 在数据设置过程中，长按 M 键至设置内容不闪烁，以保存设置；(In the data set during the
process, long presses the M key to set the content does not flicker, to save the settings;)

说明(Explain)：
 在设置过程中，长按“M”键三秒，保存并结束数据设置；(In setting process, press " M " button
three seconds, save and close data set;)
 在设置过程中，按下“Z”键，可以退出当前设置，并不保存。(In setting process, press "Z " button,
can exit the current settings, does not preserve.)
 完成设置或者退出设置后，都停留在当前设置界面。(Complete set or exit setup, can stay in the
current setting interface.)

2.4 现场组态功能(Function)
现场组态时，LCD 左下角“88”字符用于表示设置变量类型，其对应关系为：(When settings, LCD
