Program: National Law Scholars Program, a collaborative initiative by


Bharat Navodaya Abhiyan (BNA) and the Government of India's Ministry
of Education.

partnership with the Government's chain of Navodaya Vidyalayas—650+

Job Summary: We actively seek dynamic individuals for the dual role of
Chief of Staff and Program Manager. This position is pivotal, involving
coordination within the Founder's office and overseeing the seamless
execution of our flagship residential program. As a key team member,
you'll contribute to strategic communications and have the unique
opportunity to lead and manage a dedicated team working closely with
esteemed leaders from higher education and Government.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the Founder's office, fostering collaboration


with diverse stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive content, including presentations, reports,
emails, letters, and proposals.
• Engage with a diverse array of stakeholders, including students,
parents, school principals, government officials, BNA advisors and
team, and the global network.
• Undertake the roles of Program Manager and Chief of Staff as the
need arises.

Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English;


proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel within India.

Qualifications:

• Flexible concerning years of work experience, prioritizing


demonstrated leadership, robust skillsets, and the ability to thrive
independently.
• Preference for candidates with experience working alongside
government officials and educational institutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office is a prerequisite, with familiarity with other
advanced technical tools being advantageous.
• Mastery in one or more critical organizational skills like
Communications, Systems & Strategy, Partnerships, Fundraising,
Coordination, Government relations, Public Relations, Program
Management, Social Media, etc., will be preferred.

Compensation:

abilities.
