Job description | Hospitality Ops Consultant

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Operations Consultant to
join our project team in Dehradun (Uttarakhand). The ideal candidate should have a proven
track record of working in the hospitality industry. They will be working with a team of
consultants to strategize and implement measures to improve business performance of a State
Govt. owned hospitality enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Augmentation

· Develop and implement strategies to increase bookings: Enhance website functionality,


partner with travel agents, and online travel agencies.

· Foster repeat business with incentives: Offer discounts, loyalty programs, and rewards
for multiple stays at the hotels

· Expand channel partner network: Collaborate with new travel agents, online travel
agencies, and other businesses to attract more guests.

Operational Excellence

· Enhance training and development: Collaborate with the project team to design and
execute a comprehensive HR training and development plan, ensuring employees are
equipped with necessary skills.

· Improve infrastructure and amenities: Work with project team to devise a plan for
enhancing infrastructure and amenities, and manage the implementation process

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree/diploma in Tourism/Hotel Management or related field is a must. Post


graduation is desirable.

· A minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry having


directly managed end to end operations of 4-5 star or similar rated/ category properties.

· Strong understanding of F&B and operations of Hotels / Restaurants.

Contractual Details:

· Contractual role for 1 year, expandable to 3 years. Compensation INR 6 – 8 lacs per
annum + variable component
