Business Growth Hub are recruiting an Executive Development Manager to lead on the Executive Development Programme and other leadership support within the Business Growth Hub: To be based in Manchester City Centre
The duties of the job include:
To plan, develop and launch the City Deal/ERDF funded Executive Development Programme To lead on the delivery of the Executive Development Programme and ensuring a consistently high quality of support is delivered by associates and third party deliverers and that all KPIs are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis. To work with colleagues across the Manchester Growth Company, its subsidiaries, the Business Growth Hub and its partners to create awareness for the programme To identify additional funding sources to enhance the service. To make a key contribution to establishing the Business Growth Hubs profile and reputation in supporting growth businesses to develop their leadership capabilities by working closely with key referral partners and stakeholders across Greater Manchester To deliver these services against the Business Growth Hub operational plans and budgets, developing and maintaining those standards necessary for delivery.

Experience within similar role. Experience of designing, launching and developing leadership programmes Experience and understanding of the wider enterprise landscape across Greater Manchester or wider.
