OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the target market and customer needs.


2. Identify and assess potential competitors and determine the unique value proposition
for the new project.
3. Define the scope, resources required for the new project.
4. Develop a project plan and milestones for the various stages of development, from
ideation to launch.
5. Conduct research and development to create a prototype or minimum viable product
(MVP) to test and validate the new project concept.
6. Establish partnerships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders, such as
suppliers, vendors, and industry experts.
7. Create a marketing and communication strategy to raise awareness and generate
interest in the new project.
8. Launch and scale the new project, monitor and measure performance, and adjust
strategies and tactics as needed to achieve success.

PRELIMINARY SECONDARY RESEARCH CONDUCTED

When developing a new product aimed at teaching entrepreneurship and business to school
kids, some preliminary research that could be conducted includes:
1. Target market research: Understanding the demographics, behaviours, preferences,
and needs of the target audience, such as school kids, parents, and educators.
2. Competitive analysis: Examining existing educational games and products that teach
entrepreneurship and business to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.
3. Educational research: Understanding the current educational practices, trends, and
curriculums related to teaching entrepreneurship and business to school kids.
4. Game design research: Exploring game design principles, mechanics, and elements
that can make the product engaging, fun, and effective for learning.
5. Technology research: Determining the appropriate technology and platforms that can
support the product's development and distribution, such as mobile apps or web-based
games.
6. Business model research: Identifying potential revenue streams, pricing strategies,
and distribution channels that can support the product's sustainability and profitability.
7. Regulatory research: Understanding the relevant laws, regulations, and standards
related to educational games and products for school kids.
By conducting this preliminary research, the product development team can gain valuable
