sentences (affirmative, negative or even interrogative), in each paragraph you compose there should be no less
than 50 words, and the most important is your creativity and originality to respond to each scenario.

SCENARIO 1 A marketing strategy.-

If you were a Marketing Manager for a National Corporation and if you were given 20,000 USD for a marketing
campaign; consider that would have to use all that money to promote the product (or service) of the company

If I were a deputy of the Mexican Republic, in order to improve the economy, it would be good for me
to work for the formalization of labor, as well as it would be good to promote financial inclusion, in the
same way it would be good to publicize how important it is for people to invest their money in
profitable and safe options.

so that people can prepare themselves and have a better future.

a) What I would do to increase the population of Mexican culture is that I would project a program
where I would enrich Mexican culture by making known the history of Mexico as well as art and
traditions.

SCENARIO 4 Being an HR Manager under pressure

If you were the Human Resources Manager at a big company (5,000 employees in Mexico) and if you were
notified that there is an imminent company downsizing, so you have to come up with a plan for cost reduction.
What strategies would you suggest to the executives of the corporation (you may consider to include a
workforce layoff)?

If I were an HR manager and I was having problems with the company, I would ask myself: is it
necessary to lay off staff or should I look for another alternative?
Undoubtedly, before considering firing staff, I would look for another alternative without harming
human capital, first of all, I would analyze where there are resource leaks, as well as where savings
can be made by optimizing resources. For example: reduce operating costs, as well as looking for
new customers to increase the sale of the products. It would be nice to look for new suppliers that are
cheaper, but offer products that can be used in machinery and do not affect your operation.
