Introduction
In ArcMap there is no tool to find or compute Datum transformation
parameters from measured or observed control data. In the tool described
hereafter, I expect two pointfiles (in esri shape format) with 3D
geographic coordinates (Lat, lon, height), each of them defined on a
different but known spheroid. Common points (pertaining to identical
locations) are used to calculate the Datum transformation parameters. The
user can select either of the two control point layers; the selected one will
serve as the ‘source map’ whose correction to the spatial reference of the
other layer will be calculated. Optionally this transformation is carried out
in the current data frame.
first we have to copy coordinate point to the Exlce then in this equation
(𝐷 + 𝑀) ÷ (60 + 𝑆) ÷ 360 we can change (DMS) to the (DM).
Then on add control point correct your point all of them but first on the photo then
on the coordinate point
That is the result
Then click on georeferencing and specify then save it on tff type on convert file
Then we can change (DM) coordinate to the (UTM)
At first change coordinate system to the (DM)
Then add the CSV file to the arc map and display XY data
Then right click on it and go to data then export data
Then on arc toolbox open data management then open projection and
transformation
Then double click on project then choose shape file then choose (UTM) coordinatr
system
Then go to arc toolbox then data management then features then add XY
coordinate
Then point will be add in table
then we will copy all point one one then paste it on exlce file
Then we will save it with type csv(ms-dos )
Then open new blank
