Research Question

1. How can people build effective interactions in the workplace?

I used sociology, psychology, and business facts to address this question. First, the

sociological concept asserts that human behaviour is determined by the group that the individual

belongs to and the social interactions that occur inside those groups. The psychological lens

comes next. This lens is critical in addressing this topic since it shows people's physical, mental,

and emotional sides in connection to their surroundings or others. Finally, a business perspective

may help you debate more about the workplace, such as the connections needed to boost

efficiency. When all of these lenses are merged, they provide a fresh perspective that

successfully explains why there is a need and how to develop these productive workplace

connections.
