Abstract

This research aims to look for ways to improve workplace-employee interactions. Positive

contact is beneficial to both the employee and the company. Effective contact, for example,

improves employees’ work life and mental health. Nonetheless, failing to have this positive work

relationship causes them to have unnecessary stress and low morale. Consequently, managers

must guarantee that their employees have healthy connections because of the benefits of

workplace engagement. Accordingly, this study discovers several approaches to creating a

positive work connection. These examples are enhancing communication, eliminating workplace

prejudice, developing and building interpersonal connections, supporting workplace diversity,

appreciating generational differences, and generating social capital in the workplace.
