I wanted to provide you with some feedback on your recent broadcasting performance
task. Overall, your presentation showed potential and demonstrated some strengths.
However, there were a few gray areas where certain criteria were not fully met. I
believe addressing these areas will help you further enhance your broadcasting skills.
Here are some specific points to consider:
1. Content: While your content was informative and relevant, there were a few
instances where the depth and breadth of analysis could have been improved. Consider
incorporating more diverse perspectives and providing additional supporting evidence to
strengthen your arguments. Also, the task was not aligned to the provided major
performance task which is the broadcasting/field report. The output was purely a video
coverage with voice-over doing the message and you haven’t maximize delegating the
task with your other co-members.
2. Delivery: Your delivery was confident and but disengaged. The voice was
monotonous and low-pitched which makes your audience disinterested. Try to speak
with upbeat and compelling voice. However, there were a few moments where your
pace seemed rushed. Remember to allow for appropriate pauses and maintain a
consistent pace throughout your presentation and not overly doing it. Ensure that your
voice and tone is relevant to the context of the task.
3. Technical Skills: Your use of visuals and multimedia elements was effective in
enhancing the presentation. However, there were a few instances where the audio
quality could have been improved. Audio/Music was inappropriate to the video context.
Pay attention to the clarity and volume of your audio recordings to ensure a seamless
listening experience for your audience.
4. Overall Presentation: Your professionalism and engagement with the audience were
commendable. However, it would have been beneficial to manage your time more
effectively in a substantial, engaging output with appropriate context. Lacks coherence
and consistencies of information conveyed in the output. Some members could also
participate on the video to become more engaging and effective.
I encourage you to reflect on this feedback and consider how you can address these
areas for improvement. Remember, practice makes perfect, and with continued effort
and attention to detail, you will further develop your broadcasting skills.
