Subject: Comprehensive Feedback/Evaluation on News Broadcasting Output

Re: Facebook Post Evaluation

TO: Group 4-AKRIVIS,

I wanted to provide you with some feedback on your recent broadcasting performance task. I
recently had the opportunity to watch and analyzed your recent broadcasting performance, and
I wanted to offer you comprehensive and in-depth feedback to refine your skills and take your
performance to the next level. I believe addressing these areas could benefit for further
improvement especially in doing the next type of major performance tasks. Here are some
specific points to consider:

1. Content: At the starting point of your video, you have included actual simulation of event
that typically happens in real life scenario in which I consider as a very good starter. Your
choice of content is engaging and relevant somehow widely generic, capturing the attention of
the audience. The topics you offer provide valuable insights, timely and relevant. Some topics
you have presented were the ideas from our previous discussions or lesson and effectively
communicating them to the broadcast make this stand out as well from the others. There were
few instances where the information provided has depth or a comprehensive analysis however
adding more depth and critical analysis aside from providing sources of evidences greatly
created an impact to the overall quality of the content. Great job.

2. Delivery: Your delivery style is clear and articulate, which is essential for effective
broadcasting. The voice and tone of each member of the group signifies consistency all
throughout the video, conveying a sense of professionalism and confidence. The clarity of
speech, tone modulation, and pace contribute significantly to the overall effectiveness of your
message that is why it is important to adjust your tone and pacing. Unwanted background
noises during the voice-over some sentences was not properly enunciated; the tone is
monotonous or stiff, low-pitch voice makes the audience disengage throughout the report. Most
of the members actively participate on the video. Interview techniques created a sense of style
for the broadcasting which makes it contextualized and creative as well.

3. Technical Skills: Your technical skills are evident in the production quality of your broadcasts.
The visuals, audio quality and overall presentation are quite impressive. However, there were a
few instances where the audio quality could have been improved and there were minor
technical glitches encountered while I watch your video recording. Pay attention to the clarity
and volume of your audio recordings to ensure a seamless listening experience for your
audience. Nevertheless, the audio recording was good. Try to lessen some unnecessary
transitions for smooth, logical flow of the presentation.
4. Overall Presentation: Your professionalism and engagement with the audience were
commendable. The concept was taken on a next level by adding a bit of spice such as
interviewing respondents within the organization, telling their own experiences with the topics
you were discussing, the questions thrown to the interviewees were good and adding
infomercial about the proper use of the internet with moral in the scene makes it stand out.
Most member participated on the video and that creates a harmony and teamwork. Good job!

I encourage you to reflect on this feedback and consider how you can address these areas for
improvement. Remember, practice makes perfect, and with continued effort and attention to
detail, you will further develop your broadcasting skills.

Keep up the good work, and I look forward to seeing your growth in next major performance
task.

Regards.

Ms. Errocel Shane D. Bellen
