Capstone Project
Working in groups, produce a video on a comparative analysis on
one of the following topics:
● SARS vs. COVID19: Emergence, recognition and response
within Ontario
● Shift demand work and frequency of sleep disorders-industry
by industry comparison
● Pre-and-post COVID19 -Mental Health in Ontario
Four (4) students per group and a maximum two (2) groups per
topic.
Project Deliverables and Submission Guidelines:
Groups will create the following items for evaluation:
● Groups will submit their selected topic along with a
description of data collection methodology and sources of
information they will use for their deliverables.
0 Due at start of Week 7 - 10%
● Youtube video
0 Converting a PowerPoint or a Slides presentation into a
youtube video will not be accepted.
○ Video length should not exceed 15 minutes.
● Video to be uploaded on the course link on DC Connect

0 Students will upload their videos on the DC Connect
Forum in order to allow for discussion questions and
feedback from your peers.
■ Due at start of Week 11 - 25%
○ Each group will review the other groups' videos and
must provide at least one (1) question based on the
topic discussed.
○ Responses to feedback questions on DC Connect Forum
■ Due at the start of week 12
● Pamphlet infographic document summarizing their topic of
discussion

● Both video and pamphlet must detail each group member’s
contribution to the submitted deliverables.
