I’m an assistant. I work for an architect. At my work, I answer phone calls
and answer emails. I write and print documents. I help my boss with his
schedule. I attend meetings twice a week. This afternoon, I’m attending a
meeting with a client. I’m going to an event tomorrow morning. Next
week, I’m meeting a client at the mall.

This is James Johnson. He’s from San Jose but he lives in LA. He’s 27 years
old. He’s a store manager at Walmart. He supervises the staff and he
trains new employees. He answers emails from vendors. He is attending
a meeting this afternoon. On Monday morning, he is traveling to Miami
for a conference. The conference starts at eight thirty. He has a meeting
on Friday at ten. On Friday afternoon, he isn’t working.
