What do they all have in common? What do they express?

No, we can’t.

Where does it appear in interrogative sentences?

How do we form the negative?

The verb can express ability to do something.

can have, can be

Now look at these sentences.

We can always negotiate good terms for them and for us.
I can send them a new proposal.
