PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
HD-A520-3 Zero Drop Tester is mainly used to evaluate the damage by drop impact on the package during actual
transportation, loading and unloading, and to assess the impact strength of the package and the rationality of the
package design during the transportation process., especially for drop test of larger packages.
Application:
HD-A520-3 Drop Tester is mainly used to test angles, faces and corners of package.
This machine can freely set the drop height, which can make the sample fall freely instantly.

FEATURE:
 Hardware features
1. The whole is composed of thickened square pass, channel steel and solid steel to avoid impact displacement
during the test process and ensure the stability of the machine;
2. The appearance of the machine adopts the paint spraying process, with high anti-rust ability and beautiful
appearance;
3. The load-bearing E-shaped bracket is strong, up to 500kg;
4.Use the cable displacement encoder to feed back the height in real time to ensure the accuracy of the data; and
using hydraulic cylinder and air cylinder, with high efficiency;
5. After the E-shaped bracket of the load falls to the bottom plate, there is an anti-secondary impact impact device
on the bottom plate to ensure the accuracy of the data.
