2023 DIVISION-INITIATED TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM

NARRATIVE REPORT

Registration started at exactly 7:30 AM. The opening program begun with the singing
of National Anthem followed by MIMAROPA Hymn and a short prayer thru video. The
inductees were welcomed by the SGOD-OIC Chief, Haide M. Padua then followed by an
opening message of the CID Chief, Charity R. Agabas-Capunitan. Dr. Rafael G. Manalo,
Assistant Schools Division Superintendent also gave his inspirational message that was
followed by the SDS’ message, Maria Luisa D. Servando, PhD, CESO VI.

We also heard the journey of the Outstanding Teacher Awardee, Bryan Erick and the
Outstanding Non-Teaching Awardee, Bernadeth C. Gonzales. After the heartwarming and
inspirational stories from Sir Red and Mam Gonzales it was followed by the pinning of
Deped Logo and the oath taking of newly-hired teaching and non-teaching personnel.

Next, the first part of panel interview started at 10:00 AM. The inductees raised
questions and queries with regards GSIS, CSC, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG and LandBank. The
panel interview ended at 12:00 PM.

The afternoon session started at 12:55 PM with a Zumba.

At exactly 1:00 PM, the second part of panel interview started. The inductees were
informed and raised questions with regards payroll matters, HRMO Personnel and legal
matters. The panel interview ended at 4:30 PM.

After the panel interview, we, the inductees, recited our Pledge of Commitment and
the certificates were awarded. Lastly, Kevin Adam D. Cabral, AO V, gave his closing remarks.
