1) Can you work under pressure? Please give an example.

For 5 years that I have been working remotely, it helped me to see that I'm able to work under pressure.
For instance, if I'm a bit edgy because of my personal life, I try not to bring it with me whenever I start
my work day. What I do is I will disconnect myself from that negative situation and focus on what is
more important at the moment which is my work and then after my work day is done, I'll try to settle it.
Boundaries are important to be able to work under great pressure.

2) When writing business correspondence how do you make sure that the grammar is correct? Do you
check for spelling errors? What resources do you use when it is necessary to expand and/or correct your
vocabulary in a technical sense while you are writing at work?

My go-to is Grammarly. I use this software to further check my writing. And as with the vocabulary,
Cambridge online dictionary comes in handy.

3) Describe a challenge or conflict you faced at work, and how you dealt with it.

I had this beginner student who can only understand basic English and my task was to teach him the
Alphabet. It was too simple, so to speak. However, the challenging part there is that the student is
already an adult. Far as I remember, he is in his 30's. So, what I did, was I let him read the letters first
and taught him about the vowels and consonants then after that, I asked him choice questions by letting
him see photos. For example, " is this a dog or cat? Then, he will point to the word then I will read it
back to him then he will repeat and we will spell it out using the alphabet. It was a success because after
that class he booked 10 more classes with me.
