1. What is your dream job like?

⇨ There are variety of occupations that I’ve always dreamed of trying.

However, If I’m forced to pick one, it would be to become a Procurement
Executive for a multinational company based in HCM VietNam.
Speaking of the reasons why I’m passionate about being a Buyer. To
begin with, I first knew about this career choice when I was an Intern for
a German company and on one occasion I witnessed and was enthralled
by how strong a Purchaser is when he/she discussed and negotiated
commercial terms and purchasing contract with external suppliers to
maximize benefit for business. From that moment, I truly believe that
being a Purchaser would be the best match for a “talkative” and
enthusiastic person like me, don’t get me wrong here, this job requires
variety of characteristics including strong personal impact with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills that I need to build up, but with
talkativeness and enthusiasm I just mentioned, it would be a strong
springboard for me to continually practice and achieve my dream job.
Following that, dream job as a Buyer for me it is nothing greater than the
“transparency” in working process, in particular, I could clearly
comprehend my responsibilities and what actions I should take, so there
won’t be any conflict with others in task assignment.
As a result of being a Procurement Executive, I strongly feel like I could
understgand more about this area. In years to come, I bank on that I could
make my dream job become a reality.
2. What do you dislike about your job?
⇨ It’s fair to say that all companies do have their own good and bad side. In
all honesty, I personally don’t want to be seen as ungrateful to my
employer by bad-mouthing them to a third party. Although my company
is considered as one of the best working places in VietNam, I guess there
are truly several things that leave a little to be desired, like with most
jobs. First thing first, the schedule is quite hectic, for me, it’s no longer an
eight-to-five job, it’s more like an eight-to-midnight job, you know, with
a heavy volume of work and the time pressure, I have to work overtime
continuously for a long time to meet the project timeline so I barely have
any spaces for my personal stuffs and I have to postpone my leisure
pursuit until things get done. Aside from that, a huge workload with the
incommensurate remuneration simply gets me on my nerves so it's
strenuous for me to be able to get access to life-changing opportunities.
⇨ I hardly can afford life-changing opportunities when they come like:
investment so I intended to find a well-paid job in the future
⇨ Note: Well Done!!
