Objectives:

a. To inculcate deeper awareness on illegal drugs such as abuses and negative effect to
human body.

b. To provide students with opportunity to learn and exchange ideas on illegal drugs,
and

c. To internalize desirable values as embodied in schools rules and regulations in


promoting the war against illegal drugs.

Grade six adviser: 1

PART II Narrative Report

1. Rationale

Pursuant to Section 43 of Article IV of R.A. No. 9165 otherwise known as the


“Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”. The Department Education implemented
the National Drug Education Program (NDEP) for the School Head fully responsible for its
effective implementation.

2. Narration of Accomplishments

_______________ supported and conducted this activity. The program started with a
prayer led by a grade six pupil _______, followed by the singing of National Anthem
conducted by ____________, Grade six adviser.

After the opening program they started the discussions. __________ Grade five
adviser, discussed about the following: 1. Facts about Drug Abuse. 2. Most Commonly
Abused Drugs and their ill Effects. Followed by the second lecturer, Mrs. Mirador
highlighted about 3. The Reasons Why People Turn to Drugs and 4. Signs of Drug Abuse.

All of them were interested and actively participated to know more about drugs and
its bad effects.

Additional for this activity last January 24, 2020, learners from Grades 5 & 6
conducted their Slogan and Poster Making focus on Drugs Awareness to be led by their
MAPEH Teacher __________.
