of the act, its scope and applicability, and the legal mechanisms
available for resolving disputes between employers and employees.
The topic of Judicial Activism is also an important one. It refers to
the proactive role of courts in protecting fundamental rights and
ensuring the rule of law. Discussions on this topic would explore the
evolution of judicial activism in India, the role of courts in shaping
public policy, and the impact of judicial decisions on social and
political issues.
Finally, lectures on Social Justice and Empowerment would focus on
the need for greater equity and inclusion in society. This topic would
examine issues related to the marginalization of disadvantaged
communities, the role of the state in promoting social justice, and
the legal mechanisms available for addressing discrimination and
inequality.
