on power, power refers to the use of
force, when the people with power
have subdued the weak by their power
then the state was Origin.

The principle of social agreement is an
important principle of the origin of the
state, according to this principle, the
state is not a divine institution but a
human institution, according to this
principle, the state is created by
individuals through mutual agreement.
Historical or Evolutionary Theory :-

This principle states that the state is

neither a divine institution, nor is it
originated from force or war, and is
not the result of mutual agreement of
individuals, according to this theory,
the state is not an artificial institution
but a natural community.
Marxist theory of State :-
Like Plato, Aristotle, etc. Greek
philosophers, Marx does not consider
the state as a natural organization and
considers it a class organization, it
believes that with the origin of classes
in the society, the state was born to
fulfill the need to protect the interests
of the ruling class.
