CHALLENGE

OBJECTIVE
To transform ourselves into disciplined,
productive, and devout individuals by
eliminating bad habits and cultivating
positive ones.
4 Prayer Commitment:
Perform all five daily prayers on time without delays.
Include Tahajjud prayers every night for the entire 21
days. no excuses.
5 Weekly Fasting:
Fast every Monday for the duration of the challenge.
6 Cold Showers:
Take at least two five-minute cold showers daily, especially in
the morning after waking up for Tahajjud.
7 Daily Meditation:
Engage in a minimum of 10 minutes of meditation each day.
9 Healthy Eating:
Avoid all junk food, fast food, sodas, caffeinated beverages,
and focus on healthy and home made food.
10 Sadaqah (Charity):
Give out Sadaqah every day, aiming for a minimum amount of
30-50 rs.
11 Quranic Understanding:
Read and understand at least 5 to 10 pages of Urdu Quran
translation daily.
12 Skill Development:
Allocate 30 minutes daily to learn a new skill (e.g., video
editing, sales, copywriting, communication, leadership).
14 Daily Journaling:
Write a journal entry every day reflecting on your thoughts,
your good deeds, bad deeds, gratitude, aspirations, and plan
for the next day.
What If We Fail?
Failure to adhere to the rules results
in continuous fasting for 10 days.
Desired Results:
We embark on this challenge to
eliminate bad habits, focus on our
faith, and enhance our productivity.
We seek to break free from
distractions and become better
versions of ourselves, guided by the
principles of discipline and devotion.
We start in the name of Allah, with the
hope and determination to complete
this challenge, InshaAllah.
