It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Eileen Heidkamp to support her application as an associate at
your company, Heidkamp Investment Enterprises.

Eileen worked under me as a waitress here at the Chicago Highlands Club. During her time here, I was extremely
impressed with Eileen’s drive, high level of professionalism, strong work ethic, and leadership skills. Eileen worked
tirelessly, even picking up slack for her coworkers, to ensure that the dining room ran smoothly, and the customers
were satisfied. She is in the top 10% of all employees I have ever had.

One of Eileen’s exceptional qualities was her ability to lead her coworkers. As in most college summer jobs, not many
of Eileen’s coworkers were as motivated as her. However, Eileen was able to take charge and encourage her coworkers
to motivate, leading to better operational efficiency. On top of this, Eileen was hands-down a team player, and always
helped her coworkers with their tasks on top of her own. One instance that comes to mind was when Eileen assisted
us at the club with a private event. It was a wedding, one that was only supposed to run until 1 am. When 1 am hit, the
dance floor was still packed, but most of our staff proceeded to leave, refusing to work the overtime. Eileen stayed
without hesitation, then proceeded to work twice as hard, and pick up the slack for her coworkers whom had left her.
She did all of this with a great attitude, and a smile on her face.

Most importantly, Eileen displayed a strong sense of responsibility and was extremely reliable throughout her time at
the Chicago Highlands Club. This dependability and commitment made her an irreplicable part of our team. Eileen’s
friendly and approachable demeanor gives her an advantage in customer relations. She formed great relationships
with customers during her time here, all of whom would request her as their server when they came to dine with us.
She was the fan favorite.

I have confidence that Eileen would excel in any role she takes on in the future due to her intense motivation to
succeed, specifically in the business world. She is a clearly intelligent individual who doesn’t stop short of perfect. She
has impeccable communication skills, is an extremely personable indivudal, and has an obvious drive for success. In
fact, Eileen was always our server who ended the day with the highest tab tally: she is an excellent saleswoman. Eileen
thinks quick on her feet, always ensuring the best outcome to a problem. I know that she will be successful in any field
she chooses to work in, but I feel that she would thrive in a business position. Above all else, Eileen wants your
 company to succeed, and will do whatever it takes to ensure that happens. She is an asset, one any employer would be
blessed to have on their team.
