3099A consists of the following documents:
a) S.A. Form 3099A filled with required data & signed by originator.
Project Specific
b) Completed & signed copy of ISS, Form SA-8020-611-Eng.
A2 Schedule B
c) Relevant P&ID showing the valve's location and the RV details.
Requirement
An organized system for Packages & transmittals shall be established
for large projects to control review/tracking. then starts the Relief
Valve SAP Workflow

Check "Approval Block" of the Form 3099A for required signatures Form
A3 from the originator (normally the Project Engineer), and for the relief 3099A/SAEP-
valve & block valve approvals by the Senior Project engineer. 318 Section 6

The relief valve has been assigned an RV number, indicated on the

Review and verify each entries on the Form 3099A if correct, in SAEP-1131

611-ENG Form. Follow the SAP Process 8020-611-ENG
If entries are all correct -Initial the "Reviewed by" line item no. 4 in the

Sec. 3.1
