Memorandum of Agreement

This contract of memorandum of agreement is made on September 6, 2023 by and between:

• General Athletic Manager of the College of Agriculture and Food Science (CAFS), and College of
Nursing (CON), a person representative of the joint and the person in charge of the permits
handed to the Institute of Human Kinetics.
• General Athletic Manager of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), College of Engineering and
Technology (CET), the person representative of the joint organizations and is engaging into an
agreement with the above colleges.

Whereas the GAM of the College of Engineering and Technology (CET) and College of Arts and Sciences
(CAS) faction is required to present an activity permit for the utilization of the Institute of Human Kinetics
(IHK) facilities for the tryouts in sports in the upcoming university - wide intramurals from September 19
– 22, 2023; and

Whereas the GAM of the College of Agriculture and Food Science (CAFS) and College of Nursing (CON)
faction is the one holding the permits of the reserved facilities of the Institute of Human Kinetics (IHK);

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, the parties
agree as follows:

1. Allowing the CET & CAS faction to share the facilities being reserved by the CAFS & CON faction
for tryouts.
2. The CET & CAS faction shall present the schedule of tryouts within the time duration of the
reservation dates of the CAFS and CON faction for a mutual sharing of courts and facilities.
3. The CET & CAS faction shall pay half the amount paid by the other party with every usage of the
facilities and official receipt.
4. A copy of the activity permits of the CAFS & CON shall be presented, that will serve as the same
permit for the CET & CAS faction for their tryouts.
5. This memorandum of Agreement shall be effective as of the date first written above and shall
remain in force until all obligations of both parties are fulfilled.
6. This memorandum of agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and
supersedes any prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representation.
