Cox industries Campaign Goal

Our goal is to creat an all for Cox industries which makes it easily accessible for all employees to stay up
to date with news and activity. The app will provide an email linked for each employee so that they can
easily access their phone.

1. Smart objective
a. S) Create a company app that can help employees.
b. M)Average costs is $40,000 and $60,000
c. A) It is achievable, taking between 4 and 9 months to make
d. R) It is relevant to one of these issues with Cox Industries, which will help our employees
a lot.
e. T) I’d the development of the app begins now it should be done around July and February.

Second objective

A. S) Promote Cox industries as a TV or Radio


B. M)Average cost to make an ad $2,000 abs $40,000
C. A)You’ll need to know how main Cox industries is making and the evaluate if a TV or radio ad is
accessible.
D. R)This is relevant to the company because it will bring in more interest.
E. T)By the time we figure out how much Cox industries is making, then we can begin making a ad.

Third objective

• Invest in company tablets for each employee.


• Microsoft surface has been known for being very efficient laptops for companies, which go for
about $550 a piece.
• This can be obtainable and beneficial for the employees.
• This is relevant to the company because this way employees can have the ability work from
anywhere on these portable computers.
• Taking into account that we are going to increase salary for each employee, we then need to
figure out how much money we have left to purchase laptops for each employee as well.

A. Increase salary for employees


B. Since we do not know how much these employees are making, but we do know the majority of
them are medium tier workers, we should assume that the increase should be rather significant.
C. This can be obtainable by looking into the finances of how much the company is making and
going from there on how much they should increase their salary for their employees.
D. This is defiantly relevant to the company, as it stated the majority of employees are low and
medium tier for skill level.
E. If we figure out how much the company receives monthly, or weekly, then we can start to figure
out how to divide the money for empoyees.

First tactic
Create an app for employees so that they can figure out important news and information regarding the
company.

Second tactic
Create a TV ad for Cox Industries so that it reaches the intended audience and so that way it pushes more
people into the company.

Third tactic
Increase salary for each employee so that they are able to afford and participate in 401(k).

Fourth tactic
Purchase company laptops for each employee so that they can work remotely and anywhere at any time.
