DECLARATION OF HEIRSHIP
We, (a) MARILYN B. LAGURA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of Gamut,
Tago, Surigao del Sur; (b) MARITES LAGURA CUABO, Filipino, of legal age, married and a
resident of Gamut, Tago, Surigao del Sur; after having been sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the only heirs of the late LEONITO T. LAGURA who died intestate last
___________________ at _____________________;

2. That said deceased died intestate, without any Last Will or Testament, and without any
outstanding debts or accounts;

3. That the deceased acquired and left a certain parcel of land identified as Lot No. 204-
G, measuring 593 Square Meters by the Virtue of EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF
ESTATE OF ANTONIO LAGURA WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE executed by the Heirs
of ANTONIO LAGURA executed before Atty. Jose P. Zafra IV, recorded in his Notary Public
as Doc No. 513; Page No.104; Book No. VIII, Series of 2018;

4. That in my behalf, the heirs of LEONITO T. LAGURA represented by MARILYN B.

LAGURA, signed the said EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE OF ANTONIO
LAGURA WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, and I have no any objection;

5. That the said deceased left no debts, nor any LAST WILL or TESTAMENT;

6. That pursuant to Rule 74, Section 1 of the Rules of Court, we hereby adjudicate unto
ourselves the above-described parcel of land by means of this in equal shares pro indiviso, and
hereby files the same with the City Assessors Office in Tandag City, Surigao del Sur with the
request, that the said adjudication be made effective without judicial proceedings as prescribed
by the aforementioned Rules of Court.
