Reasons for Choice of Project The Construction Industry is dynamic and complex. It has numerous stakeholders,
resources, and tasks involved in each project. The choice of this project is
motivated by the need for MG BUILDERS to enhance efficiency, collaboration,
and decision-making processes. A dedicated web-based management system can
address these challenges, providing a centralized project oversight and
coordination platform.
Importance of the Study Efficiency and Productivity Improvement:

 A web-based management system can streamline various processes


within MG BUILDERS, improving efficiency and productivity.
 Automation of routine tasks, project tracking, and data management can
reduce manual efforts, minimize errors, and enhance overall operational
efficiency.
