Course Title:
Improving English Oral and Written Skills of OJT students of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - College of Information and Communications Technology
(CICT) of Bulacan State University
Course Description:
This course is a result of a target analysis backed up with research intended to improve the English Language Proficiency of BSIT-CICT students of BulSU. This short
course will include a series of lectures and webinars with activities that will introduce language learning opportunities that are tailored to the required communication
skills alongside workplace etiquette, socio-cultural implications, and the multi-diversity of IT work culture.
Mode of Instruction:
Following the ease of restrictions due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the course will utilize the Hyflex learning modality. Certain parts of the course will require students
to participate in face-to-face classes, participate in synchronous online classes, and accomplish asynchronous learning activities.
Time Allotment:
The course requires 24 total hours divided into 7 days.
