Article I: Name

The name of the corporation is Cashmere Wool Factory One Person Corporation.

Article II: Principal Place of Business

The principal place of the business shall be located at 217 Bonifacio Street Baguio City,
Philippines, 2600.

Article III: Purpose

The corporation is organized exclusively for the purpose of engaging in the business of
manufacturing, distributing, selling wool fabrics and other related products. The corporation
aims to contribute to the textile industry by introducing high-quality wool fabrics for various
purposes including but not limited to fashion, home decor, industrial application and aesthetic
creation.

Article VI: Term of Existence

The term of existence shall be perpetual.

Article V: Incorporator

The name and address of the incorporator is as follow:

Article VI: Capital Stock

The authorized capital stock of the corporation shall consist of 10,000 shares with a par
value of 500 per share. The corporation shall issue one (1) share of common stock to the sole
incorporator, Ellianne Joelle Dangca, in consideration of the services rendered in organizing the
corporation.
