Subject: Manager of Talent Acquisition

A. JOB SUMMARY

The talent acquisition manager shall be in charge a group of recruiters and works with
different departments to guarantee a consistent flow of qualified candidates. It is
responsible for creating and executing successful recruitment plans to attract, assess,
and hire outstanding medical experts. With a focus on quality and compliance within
the healthcare business, the Manager of Talent Acquisition creates goals, manages
projects, and collaborates closely with the executives, HR team, hiring managers, and
other departments to guarantee that the organization's recruitment demands are
satisfied.

B. STATEMENT OF DUTIES

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy - Develop, implement practice, and keep enhancing


the organization's talent acquisition strategy to keep it aligned with its goals and
objectives.
2. To improve hiring procedures and keep up with market developments, industry
trends, and new technology in the field.
3. Team Leadership - Manage and guide a group of talent acquisition professionals,
including coordinators, recruiters, and others, offering advice, performance
reviews, and mentoring.
4. Collaborate with top management and department heads to project hiring needs
and create annual recruitment plans.
5. To ensure that recruitment targets are reached effectively, establish and track
metrics and KPIs related to recruitment.
6. Supervise the planning and execution of sourcing activities, such as job
advertisements, employee recommendations, social media, job fairs, and
collaborations with academic institutions.
7. Implement effective strategies for evaluating candidates, including company
reference checks, assessments, and interviews, to guarantee that only the best
applicants are chosen.
8. Throughout the hiring process, make sure that candidates have a pleasant
experience that aligns with the company's brand and values.

C. BASIC RELATIONSHIP

Senior Management and Department Heads: To understand the hiring needs of the
company, match recruitment strategies with company objectives, and give regular
updates on the status of recruitment activities.

D. QUALIFICATIONS

1. A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field (a master's


degree is preferred).
2. A minimum of five to seven years in a leadership role experience in talent
acquisition or recruitment.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
4. Thorough understanding of HR procedures, employment guidelines, and sourcing
and recruitment strategies.
5. Proficiency with additional recruitment software and ATS.
6. Dedication to promoting inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
7. Excellent time-management and organizing ability.
