2. Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting and assisting the CHRO in day-to-day activities of the HR and Shared Services
function through contributing to the design, execution and implementation of all HR programs, policies and
procedures and the administration of all internal HR systems.

3. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibilities

Contribute to the department's strategy from the department's perspective in line with SRC overall vision

and mission.

Develop the department's objectives, KPIs, annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is
2
meeting the targets.

Contribute to the preparation of the department's annual budget and monitor the financial performance
3
of the department.

Implement and execute the department's policies and procedures. Oversee the overall performance of
4
the section and ensure KPI’s are well developed, cascaded, communicated and monitored.

5 Ensure effective staffing, professional development and deployment of staff of the section.

Ensures that buildings, grounds, equipment, and supplies are maintained and serviced. Oversees the
6 acquisition, distribution, and storage of company supplies and shared support services such as mailing,
printing, and copying; security; and cleaning and maintenance.

7 Contribute to strategic planning and policy development

8 Effectively manage the financial operations


Functional Responsibilities

Manage the the execution and implementation of all HR programs in the areas of talent acquisition,

career development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, retention, training and leadership.

Administer and manage the recruitment and staffing process including sourcing, recruiting, screening,
2 interviewing and recommending external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs to attract high
caliber talent for all business functions.
Utilize and coordinate with external recruitment agencies, firms and univeristies under the direction of

the CHRO. Maintain relationship with external recruitment companies.
4 Prepare and follow up on contracts and job offers issued to selected successful candidates.
5 Maintains employee relations records.
Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration
6
of human resource programs.
7 Monitor internal HR systems and databases, and Key HR metrics.
8 Perform any other job-related duties as required by the direct manager.
Identifies opportunities for cost savings in assigned areas; recommends and implements policy or process
9
changes as needed.
10 Oversees the disposal of unclaimed or surplus property
Monitors any construction or renovation projects to ensure plan requirements and applicable health,
11
safety, and legal standards are met.

4. Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications

BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Work Experience

6+ years of experience

Other Requirements

* MSc - SHRM - CIPD is a plus
