2. Job Purpose
Responsible for supporting and assisting the CHRO in day-to-day activities of the HR and Shared Services
function through contributing to the design, execution and implementation of all HR programs, policies and
procedures and the administration of all internal HR systems.
Managerial Responsibilities
Contribute to the department's strategy from the department's perspective in line with SRC overall vision

and mission.
Develop the department's objectives, KPIs, annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is

meeting the targets.
Contribute to the preparation of the department's annual budget and monitor the financial performance
3
of the department.
Implement and execute the department's policies and procedures. Oversee the overall performance of
4
the section and ensure KPI’s are well developed, cascaded, communicated and monitored.
5 Ensure effective staffing, professional development and deployment of staff of the section.
Ensures that buildings, grounds, equipment, and supplies are maintained and serviced. Oversees the
6 acquisition, distribution, and storage of company supplies and shared support services such as mailing,
printing, and copying; security; and cleaning and maintenance.
Manage the the execution and implementation of all HR programs in the areas of talent acquisition,

career development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, retention, training and leadership.
