A SHORT LETTER TO THE OFFICIAL GUEST

Dear official guest, Dear invited guests, Dear parents, Dear students ladies and gentlemen

ASSSALAMU ALAYKUM WARAHMATULLAH WABARAKATUH

Dear official guest, After thanking Allah (s.w) and wishing him mercy and peace our leader Prophet
Muhammad (s.a.w), With great respect I would like to thank you

You sincerely to be an official guest in this event of the QUR-AN COMPETITION and different activities
organized by our madrasa.

Dear official guest, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to our leadership of madrasa for being
able to complete different things today.

Dear official guest, we started our madrasa in 2010 with 5 students, 2 men and 3 women until this year
2023 in our madrasa total of 100 students including 44 men and 56 women under the leadership of our
head teacher OTHMAN ALLI.

Dear official guest, there are currently 8 teachers in our madrasa, including 3 males and 5 females.

Dear official guest, our madrasa has succeeded in providing quality education to our students only due
to the presence of excellent teachers in our madrasa.

Dear official guest, among the achievements of our madrasa are; Share to competition tah-fidhil Qur-an
region of Dimani, but also able to participate in religious sessions including the successful participation
of our students in JIONGEZEE MAARIFA with different madrasas and succeeding our madrasa to get 2 nd
place. It is all the efforts of the teachers for the students.

Dear official guest, if you leave the success that the madrasa has achieved, there are also various
challenges that the madrasa has found, among those challenges; is the lack of various equipment
including books, mas-haf, photocopy machine for provide copies of various important documents.

Dear official guest, another challenge is that the madrasa has a building but that building failed to be
completed due to lack of various construction materials within the building, so we asking for help from
anyone who comes forward to be able to complete it the building.

Dear official guest, we hope you have heard about our successes and challenges. Our hope is that you
will help us as much as Allah has given you so that our madrasa can continue provide education to
various students.

Dear official guest, finally the madrasa expresses its sincere thanks to you, parents and all invited to
cooperate with us in this activity as long as you are present yours is the success of our activity. Allah will
reward you with good things in this world and tomorrow hereafter.
