    This letter shows a signed agreement between I(CASEY D SEBERT) TENANT a restructured house rent payments, which was formerly
    $900.00, Now after carefully reconsidering the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic i realize that Bailey has been having some
    short coming in paying rent. i have thought this through and i am satisfied with the rental cut, this was an agreement
    we made on the phone, so upon request i had this letter drafted out to back his application up. Bailey is a good Tenant which
    I wouldlove to still have in my house, not only the fact that he is law abiding citizen, he single handedly takes care of the property
    just like his. So i Thomas Keith acknowledges that the amount of $750.00 for the
    rental period beginning 07/25/2021 and ending 08/27/2021 was paid by Bailey Harry Ray and received by the landlord. This
    amount constitutes full payment for the rental period. Please provided him with all necessary assistance.
