in Quezon City and offered your property for lease described below:

of the subdivision plan Psd-57920 situated in Quezon City along
Quezon Avenue and Agno Extension Street. )

In the event that the above party or anyone representing them contacts you, please
redirect them to me so that we can help you in finalizing the transaction.

It is understood that should a transaction be consummated with the above prospect,

we are entitled to a brokerage fee equivalent to ONE MONTH RENTAL FEE.
