My Healthy Plate
A well-balanced diet provides all of the energy you need to keep active throughout the day and nutrients you
need for growth and repair, helping you to stay strong and healthy and help to prevent diet-related illness, such as some
cancers. As a dietician of a family, you are tasked to do make a healthy plate plan that will show a better idea of the
right portions and ratio of a variety of different food groups for the family. Explain how you applied your knowledge
on sectors of a circle in presenting your healthy plate plan.
